2. Mining Plans

Mining plans offered by Merkle X Hash are based on a cloud mining infrastructure, meaning you do not own the physical mining hardware.
You are responsible for selecting a mining plan that fits your investment goals and risk tolerance.
All rewards generated are based on the hash rate allocated in the plan you purchase.
Plans and payouts are subject to changes in mining difficulty and cryptocurrency market conditions.

3. Payments and Fees

Payments for mining plans can be made via accepted cryptocurrencies, wire transfers, or credit cards (depending on your region).
Merkle X Hash includes all operational and electricity costs within your mining plan subscription.
Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency network's conditions at the time of withdrawal.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made in the cryptocurrency you mine (e.g., Bitcoin). Withdrawal is available based on the plan’s terms and minimum withdrawal limits. Merkle X Hash is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as cryptocurrency network congestion or exchange rates.

5. Loans

Loans are available to users with a minimum investment of $30,000 and an active mining plan for at least three months.
Loan amounts are based on your total investment, as follows:
Investments below $50,000: Up to 45% of the investment.
Investments between $50,000 and $99,998: Up to 55% of the investment.
Investments of $100,000 and above: 100% of the investment.
Loans are subject to an interest rate of up to 6% annually, which decreases for larger investments.
Loan repayments are deducted from mining rewards. Early repayment is permitted without penalty.

6. Reinvestment

Reinvestment options allow users to automatically reinvest mining rewards to increase hash power. Users can enable auto-reinvestment from their account dashboard or manually reinvest at any time.

7. KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Compliance

Merkle X Hash complies with KYC and AML regulations as required by the laws of the region in which you reside. Users must complete the KYC verification process, which may require submitting identity documentation, proof of address, and other relevant information. Failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

8. Security and Account Management

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Merkle X Hash implements industry-leading security measures to protect your account, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Termination

Merkle X Hash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any of these terms are violated or if we believe your actions may harm the platform or its users. You may request to close your account at any time; however, any outstanding loans or obligations must be settled before termination.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds for mining plan cancellations are subject to our discretion and the terms of the specific plan. Refunds may not be available after the mining contract has started. You may cancel and withdraw your invested funds on approval. Refunds on loans are subject to loan repayment policies and terms.

11. Liability

Merkle X Hash does not guarantee specific returns from mining activities, as cryptocurrency prices and network difficulty may vary. We are not liable for losses due to fluctuations in cryptocurrency values, mining rewards, or external factors such as government regulations. We are also not responsible for delays, interruptions, or losses resulting from network outages, hacks, or other technical disruptions beyond our control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the user resides and Merkle X Hash operates. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these regions in the event of any dispute. By subscribing to Merkle X Hash’s services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team for clarification.

You are eligible for a loan of up to $100,000 (100% of $20,000)
The annual interest rate would be 4%.

You will receive a confirmation of the loan disbursement in your account, along with details on how it is being applied to boost your mining.

Repayment
